Advanced and emerging care in New York
These sit at the experimental end of the field, and they are grouped separately for that reason rather than mixed in beside a calcium score. Below is what each is intended to do and the evidence tier we assign it. Several are sold confidently by clinics that publish no outcome data, and a clinic offering them is not thereby doing something wrong, but the burden of proof sits differently here than it does on a blood panel.
5 of the 14 clinics in our New York guide, each with the published services behind the claim.

Patients Medical
A long-running integrative practice on Fifth Avenue at 96th Street, built around a first visit that runs one to two hours instead of ten minutes. Dr. Rashmi Gulati has been medical director since 2004, and the practice she inherited traces back to Dr. Warren Levin. The menu is wide (hormones, thyroid, fatigue, gut, chelation and ozone, IV drips, plus a GLP-1 weight-loss membership) and the pricing is the frustrating part: the first-visit page quotes the initial consultation at two different amounts in the space of three paragraphs.
Diagnostics include: Hormone panel · Gut microbiome testing · Genetic & genomic testing
Publishes: Peptide therapy · NAD+ therapy · Hyperbaric oxygen · Ozone & blood-filtration therapy · Stem cell & exosome therapy · Exosome therapy
